About
The Worker Coffee Session is a small-group conversation that brings workers together to reflect on their everyday work experiences in a relaxed and welcoming setting over coffee. Through guided discussions, participants are encouraged to share their perspectives, explore common workplace experiences, and contribute ideas that can help shape healthier, safer, and more supportive working environments. The Coffee Session forms part of the My Workplace My Safety (MWMS) Forum, an initiative dedicated to understanding the everyday realities of work and promoting better approaches to worker health, wellbeing, and safety. By creating a space for meaningful dialogue, the forum seeks to connect workers' lived experiences with practical ideas that can inform workplace improvements and future initiatives.
