🚨 HIRING: Solar Sales & Distribution Personnel Location: Abuja (FCT) Work Mode: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₦300,000 Monthly Application Deadline: 31st October, 2026 About the Role HCER Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Solar Sales & Distribution Personnel to drive sales growth, expand distribution networks, manage client relationships, and support solar installation projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with technical knowledge of renewable energy solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets. * Build and maintain relationships with dealers, installers, EPC firms, and commercial clients. * Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. * Coordinate inventory and logistics to ensure product availability and efficient distribution. * Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. * Manage sales pipelines and customer relationships using CRM tools. * Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance updates. * Support site assessments, installations, and field operations when required. * Supervise and conduct quality checks on installation projects.
