🚨 HIRING: Head of Strategy & Team Lead – SMARTMRS Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3–5 Years About the Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced professional to lead the positioning, adoption and growth of SMARTMRS (EMR), while overseeing product implementation, support, stakeholder engagement and team execution. Key Responsibilities * Drive SMARTMRS adoption across healthcare facilities. * Lead product demos, negotiate with prospects and close deals. * Collaborate with Product, Tech and Clinical teams on product improvements. * Build relationships with healthcare providers, executives, regulators and partners. * Oversee successful and timely SMARTMRS deployments. * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards. * Monitor user adoption and drive continuous engagement and system improvement. * Lead the team to ensure sustained SMARTMRS adoption.
