About the role

Vellmont Advisory Ltd is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and scale paid‑acquisition campaigns for real‑estate investment properties. You must own the full funnel from Google and Meta ads to qualified leads, viewings, and closed deals. Experience in managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns is required, including keyword research, negative‑keyword strategy, and A/B testing. You need to track end‑to‑end conversion data, including GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, and optimize for CAC, ROAS, and qualified‑lead rates.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years hands-on performance-marketing / paid-media buying experience
• Proven practical track record running Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets
• Solid understanding of full-funnel conversion logic
• Hands-on knowledge: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTM tagging, landing-page optimisation
• Experience in lead-generation-focused business models
• Strong analytical skills; able to analyse campaign performance using Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to produce clear, insight-driven weekly performance reports
