About the role

Full-time Manager-Board Services position at Geothermal Development Company (GDC), a government-owned company in Nairobi. You must possess a BA/BSc/HND, MBA/MSc/MA, or Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies, plus a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Management course lasting four weeks or more, and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. You must have 12 years of relevant experience, with at least four years in a managerial role. You must be a Certified Secretary (K) and a member of LSK and ICS. You must be proficient in computer applications and meet the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya. Requirements

• A minimum period of twelve (12) years relevant work experience, four (4) years of which must have been in a managerial role.
• Master's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from the Council of Legal Education.
• Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
• Management course lasting not less four (4) weeks (cumulative).
• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
• Certified Secretary (K).
• Membership to relevant professional body – LSK and ICS (K).
