Requirements

• Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years' three of which should have been in the grade of Deputy Director, Research, Quality Assurance and Consultancy KICD
• Grade 4 or in a comparable position
• Master's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Education, Economics, Public Policy, Quality Assurance, Business Management, Statistics or any other relevant qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines: Education, Economics, Research Methodology, Public Policy, Quality Assurance, Business Management, Statistics or equivalent
• Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution
• Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution
• Registered member of relevant professional body and in good standing
• Demonstrated managerial, administrative, and professional competence in work performance and results
