Requirements

• Cumulative work experience of twelve (12) years, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Principal Quality Assurance Officer or equivalent;
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Quality Assurance, or related field from a recognized institution;
• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Studies, Quality Assurance, or related field from a recognized institution;
• Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
• Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable);
• Certificate in computer applications;
• Demonstrated high degree of professional competence, managerial capability, and integrity as reflected in work performance and results.
