Requirements

• Cumulative twelve (12) years', three (3) of which should be at Principal Engineer/Technologist KICD Grade 5 or comparable position;
• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/technology or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
• Management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution;
• Computer literacy;
• Demonstrated managerial, administrative, and professional competence in work performance and results;
