IT Procurement And Tender Specialist

About the role

InfraTech Africa PLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement and Tender Specialist to manage bidding processes and technology procurement. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the ICT sector, track, prepare, and win IT infrastructure tenders. Key duties include monitoring the e-GP portal, preparing and submitting competitive bid documents, coordinating with global enterprise IT vendors to secure special pricing, and conducting continuous market research on IT hardware trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or Tender Specialist specifically within the IT/telecommunications industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian procurement laws, VAT regulations, and the e-GP system.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking, cybersecurity hardware, and data center infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
