Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Sunny Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties, generating and managing leads, building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, and negotiating and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, sales consultancy, or a related field.
• Proven sales performance and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong deal-closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong lead-generation and client relationship management abilities.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving sales goals.
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
