About the role

Candidates must be Nigerian citizens with valid NIN, meet height requirements (1.69m for males, 1.65m for females), and possess O'Level/SSCE, OND/NCE, or trade certificates. Applicants must be aged 18–22 (O'Level/SSCE) or 18–26 (OND/NCE) as of 31 December 2026. Requirements include no previous criminal conviction, proficiency in English, and a valid ND from a recognised Nigerian training institution. Applicants must print specific documents including Acknowledgement Form, Parent/Guardian Consent Form, Local Government Attestation Form, and Guarantor's Certification Form. Application fee is free.

Requirements

• Be a Nigerian citizen by birth and possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).
• Meet the minimum height requirement of 1.69m for males and 1.65m for females.
• Be medically, psychologically and physically fit and meet the Nigerian Navy's medical and employment standards.
• Have no previous criminal conviction by a court of law.
• Be proficient in the use of the English Language.

What you get
