About the role

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division/2:1), 0–3 years of work experience, and completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme if Nigerian university graduates. Applicants must demonstrate a critical and design-thinking mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The programme offers rotational opportunities across investment banking, investment management, alternative investments, wealth management, securities trading, and research.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honours (Upper Division/2:1).
• 0–3 years of work experience.
• Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme if they are Nigerian university graduates.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA or CIS are an added advantage.
