Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in loan origination, retail credit sales, fintech business development or customer acquisition within Nigeria's financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify prospective customers and conduct cold outreach.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
• Ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Solid understanding of personal loan products and proof-of-funds services.
