About the role

Ai-CHA is an international tea beverage brand. The successful candidate will join the company's Marketing team to create engaging visual content that supports marketing campaigns, promotes products, and maintains a consistent brand identity across different markets. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging social media content, advertising creatives, and promotional materials. Develop branding materials such as menus, banners, signage, and in-store promotional visuals. Create visual content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and special events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• A good understanding of consumer behaviour and market preferences in West Africa and North Africa.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
