About the role

BIC is an international consumer goods company recruiting Area Sales Representatives and Supervisors across multiple locations in Nigeria. Successful candidates will support sales growth, expand product distribution, strengthen market visibility and improve sales performance within their assigned territories. Available Positions and Locations include Ogun State, South-South, North-West, Plateau State, Lagos State, Niger State for Area Sales Representatives, and Abuja, Kano State, Adamawa State, Oyo State for Area Sales Supervisors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Good organisational skills, resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to influence customers and achieve sales targets.
• Relevant experience in FMCG sales or business development.
• Previous experience managing a team of sales representatives.
• Proven ability to achieve sales, distribution and outlet coverage targets.
