About the role

Fadac Resources is hiring a STEM Graduate Trainee in Ibadan or Port Harcourt to support technical and operational activities, assist with data collection and analysis, and participate in assigned projects. Candidates must have a minimum of HND in a relevant STEM discipline, 0–3 years of relevant work experience, and strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Applicants should possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and be willing to learn and collaborate. Requirements

• Minimum of HND with Upper Credit in a relevant STEM discipline; candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome.
• 0–3 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
• Must be willing and available to work in Ibadan or Port Harcourt.
• Preference for candidates who attended polytechnics in Ibadan or Port Harcourt and reside within or close to the respective locations.
