About the role

Procuva Ltd is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Representative in Surulere, Lagos for a full-time role. Candidates must have at least two years of proven experience in sales and customer service, hold a minimum of an ND or HND qualification, and be available to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requirements

• Applicants must have at least two years of proven experience in sales and customer service.
• Applicants must hold a minimum of an ND or HND qualification.
• Applicants must live in Surulere or in close proximity.
• Applicants must be available to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Applicants must be prepared to commit to the role for at least 12 months.
• Applicants must be able to transition quickly into the position and contribute effectively with minimal training.
• Applicants must be able to combine customer service, product guidance, customer follow-up and sales responsibilities.
• Experience in hospitality, furnishing or another related customer-facing industry is an advantage.
