About the role

Remote Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller - REI Group, Virginia Beach, VA. The REI Group is looking for energetic and determined Virtual Assistants / Cold Callers to join its growing team. This is a remote independent contractor position focused on outbound calling and lead generation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, can handle rejection professionally, and is motivated by the opportunity to earn based on performance. Key Responsibilities include making outbound cold calls to property owners, introducing the company, building rapport, identifying and qualifying interested property owners, generating leads, and maintaining a CRM.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a strong advantage, but the most important qualities are confidence, persistence, and strong
• You should have: Excellent spoken and written English. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. The ability to confidently handle objections. A proactive and results-focused
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of CRM software. A strong work ethic and willingness to make consistent outbound calls.
