About the role

Candidates must possess 1-3 years of experience in data entry, data operations, or retail tech, preferably with a NYSC or exemption certificate. Required skills include proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms, with experience in bulk CSV imports and SaaS contexts. The role involves maintaining accuracy across large data volumes and ensuring zero go-live delays. Salary is competitive, and the position is remote or hybrid. Requirements

• 1-3 years in data entry, data operations, or a similar role — preferably in SaaS, retail tech, or fintech.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption/exclusion certificate.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy across large data volumes.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with bulk CSV imports, data migration, or catalogue management in a SaaS context.
• Exposure to retail operations, inventory systems, or point-of-sale platforms.
