About the role

One Acre Fund Nigeria Recruitment Intern seeks a curious professional to kickstart their recruitment career by mastering the 'engine room' of our hiring processes and driving a world-class candidate experience. Responsibilities include executing administrative tasks to ensure 100% data accuracy, facilitating candidate screening and communication, maintaining the candidate database, managing logistics for interview panels, and contributing to ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field of study.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work we do at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
• Basic data analysis skills – you can pick out patterns.
• Great learning skills, curious, and a knack for attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English is required.
