About the role

The Africa Hub for Innovation & Development (AHFID) is inviting applications for the position of Executive Associate (Strategy & Engagement) in Abuja, Nigeria. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Communications, Economics, or Social Sciences, or a Medical Doctor. Applicants must have prior experience in administration, executive support, or project coordination, and must demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities. The role involves managing the Managing Director's calendar, drafting reports, and coordinating logistics for meetings and engagements.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in any of the following or related disciplines: Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Communications, Economics, Social
• Previous experience (internship, volunteer, or professional) in administration, executive support, or project coordination is an added advantage.
• A strong interest in leadership, strategy, governance, public policy, or international development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams is an added advantage.
