About the role

Maxitech Global is hiring an Internal Audit Intern (NYSC/Graduate Trainee) in Lagos for a 9-month full-time internship. The role involves providing operational and administrative support to the Internal Audit & Compliance function, including assisting in planning and executing internal audits, gathering and organizing audit evidence, preparing audit working papers, and supporting compliance monitoring. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, and possess prior experience in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or Compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Current NYSC Corps Member or Graduate Trainee seeking practical experience in Internal Audit and Compliance.
• Prior internship experience in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or related functions will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and internal control concepts.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare accurate reports.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
