People/HR Intern Needed at Ventrae Integrated Services

About the role

Ventrae Integrated Services is hiring a People/HR Intern in Lagos to join its People Operations team. The role requires an early-career professional with 0–1 years of experience in HR administration, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel. Candidates must possess good documentation and record-keeping skills, a willingness to learn, and self-motivation. The position involves supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, HR records, and training coordination. Interns will work with stakeholders including Finance, Admin, and IT. The job is hybrid and runs on a 40-hour work cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 0–1 year experience in an HR administration role.
• HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.
