About the role

Alphabait Realty is seeking a Project Manager to oversee real estate development and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying, with 5–8 years of proven experience in the real estate or construction industry. Candidates must also hold a Master's Degree or have a PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, or PRINCE2 certification. The role requires strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5–8 years proven experience in project management within the real estate or construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, COREN, NSE, NIOB, PMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and contract administration
