About the role

Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme 2026 is an exclusive programme for B.Eng, B.Tech and HND engineering graduates who have completed NYSC and have 0–2 years of relevant experience. Applicants must hold a degree from an accredited university or polytechnic, have completed NYSC, and possess 0–2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production, or plant environments. The programme offers structured professional development, hands-on experience, and exposure to real-world projects across manufacturing, production, and Health, Safety & Environment.

Requirements

• Hold a B.Eng, B.Tech or HND in an Engineering discipline.
• Have graduated from an accredited university or polytechnic.
• Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Have 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Be no more than 27 years old.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage.
