About the role

247Bet Graduate Programme 2026 is a full-time hybrid programme based in Lagos with 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent and have been in the last two years. You must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate. You need genuine intellectual horsepower, sharp critical thinking, and a record of excelling academically. You must have a portfolio of things you've built that count for more than your course list. You must be able to write and speak English clearly. You must be able to reason from first principles and defend a position under pressure. You must be able to take a messy, ambiguous problem and structure it.

Requirements

• You graduated within the last two years (including those completing NYSC)
• You hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent — no exceptions
• Discipline requirements vary by track: law for Compliance; computer science or strong technical background for Engineering; a quantitative degree for Risk & Sports Trading; any
• You are based in Lagos or willing to relocate
