About the role

Dangote Fleet Management Graduate Trainee Program 2026 is an opportunity for young Nigerian graduates interested in starting a career in fleet management, logistics, transportation and operations. The programme combines structured technical and professional training with practical exposure to Dangote's fleet and transportation operations. Participants will develop relevant industry skills while learning from experienced professionals. Selected candidates will receive exposure to areas including: Fleet management, Logistics and transportation operations, Fleet maintenance, Safety and compliance, Operational efficiency. Professional and technical skills are required.

Requirements

• Hold a BSc or HND in an eligible discipline
• Have at least Second Class Lower for BSc holders or Upper Credit for HND holders
• Be no more than 30 years old
• Have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
• Have a genuine interest in fleet management, logistics and operations
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
