Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Programme 2027

About the role

Schneider Electric is inviting young Nigerian graduates to apply for its 2027 Graduate Programme, a 24-month structured development programme designed to give participants practical experience and prepare them for careers in a global technology company. The programme is open to recent and soon-to-graduate candidates from selected Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Human Resources and Psychology disciplines. Participants will be based in Lagos and work on a hybrid basis, with the programme commencing in February 2027. Over 24 months, participants will complete rotational assignments, work on real business projects and collaborate with teams across different functions.

Requirements

• Have a minimum Second Class Upper degree or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university
• Be a recent graduate from the Class of 2026 or expect to graduate within the next six months
• Have completed NYSC camp within the past three months or expect to complete NYSC camp within the next six months in 2026
• Be legally authorised to work in Nigeria
• Be willing to be based in Lagos throughout the programme
• Be available to start in February 2027
• Be committed to completing the 24-month programme
