About the role

Dangote Fertilizer is offering a structured Graduate Trainee Program designed to develop young professionals through practical training, hands-on projects, on-the-job learning, and supervision. Trainees will gain valuable exposure to plant operations, engineering, maintenance, HSE, quality control, supply chain, and other technical functions, while developing industrial problem-solving and professional skills.

Requirements

• First Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
• Applicants must have a degree in one of the accepted disciplines.
