About the role

Dangote Fertiliser Limited (DFL) is inviting applications from qualified young engineers for its Engineer Trainee Selection Exercise for the 2026/2027 cycle. The programme provides early-career engineers with practical technical experience within a large-scale industrial and fertiliser manufacturing environment. Eligible candidates must possess one of the following qualifications: B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in an Engineering or related technical field. Applicants must be no more than 30 years old by January 2027 and must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or obtained an official exemption certificate.
