About the role

Ngcom Network Solutions Fiber Trainee Program requires a candidate with an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field. No prior experience is required, though candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged. The program is located in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, and Warri. Candidates must demonstrate strong interest in fibre optics and telecommunications, be willing to learn and work in field operations, possess good communication and teamwork skills, and be able to follow instructions and solve problems.
