CloudPlexo Graduate Trainee Recruitment (Sales Development Representative – SDR)

About the role

CloudPlexo is recruiting a Graduate Trainee in Lagos or Abuja to serve as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for their Software-as-a-Service cloud management platform. Candidates must be recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine interest in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI. The role involves researching prospective clients, generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. Applicants must be self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.

Requirements

• A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers
• A genuine interest in technology — particularly cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI
• Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with rejection as part of the sales process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A coachable mindset and eagerness to learn
