About the role

Human Capital Partners (HCP) is seeking highly motivated and analytical Graduate Analysts to join our consulting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a career in HR Consulting by working alongside experienced consultants on projects across Learning & Development, Recruitment & Executive Search, and Human Resource Consulting. Successful candidates will support client engagements through research, data analysis, project coordination, solution development, and the delivery of innovative HR interventions while developing the professional, consulting, and leadership skills required to become trusted HR advisors. Eligible Country: Nigeria.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English).
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline with a min.
• 28 years
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A passion for learning, innovation, teamwork, and delivering excellence.
• CIPM certification or evidence of ongoing certification will be an added advantage.
