About the role

LOTUS Bank Sales Academy (LSA) 1.0 – 2026 is a structured graduate development programme designed to prepare ambitious young graduates for successful careers in sales, customer engagement, and relationship management within the banking industry. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) from a recognized university, have completed NYSC or possess a valid Certificate of Exemption, and have between 0 and 2 years post-graduate work experience. Candidates must be not more than 30 years old and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
