About the role

Access ARM Pensions Graduate Trainee Program 2026 is a graduate trainee programme for exceptional young graduates looking to kickstart careers in Nigeria's financial services industry. Eligible candidates must be fluent in Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba, possess a Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from a recognized institution, have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme, and be 27 years old or younger. Successful candidates will be deployed to Lagos State and Abuja (FCT). Responsibilities include supporting business activities, assisting in customer engagement, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Be fluent in Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba (language proficiency is required).
• Possess a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree from a recognized institution.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
