Learning Academy Director

About the role

Crown Interactive is hiring a Learning Academy Director (hybrid, Lagos) to build and lead its technology training and certification academy. You will set the academy's programmes, pricing and revenue model, design curricula, assessments and certification standards, build partnerships with institutions and industry, coordinate instructors and learning platforms, and grow a network of certified implementers and support professionals. You will track completion, pass rates and the academy's effect on product adoption. It suits a senior learning and development or certification leader with experience running commercial training programmes. Requirements

• Relevant degree; professional learning or training qualifications are an advantage
• Strong understanding of adult learning, assessment, certification and digital learning platforms
• Senior-level experience in learning and development, professional certification or technology enablement
• Experience managing commercial training programmes and quality standards
• Ability to build partner and instructor networks and measure learning impact
• Strong strategic leadership, commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
