About the role
IWRAW Asia Pacific is hiring a Programme Officer, Strategic Communications to lead its communications strategy, content and storytelling, advocacy campaigns, and website and digital channels. Based in Kuala Lumpur or remote; periodic international travel. Requirements: degree in communications, journalism, development, gender studies, human rights or related; 3-5+ years in strategic or advocacy communications; strong writing and storytelling; digital content management; understanding of feminist movements and human rights. Women, gender-diverse people, persons with disabilities and people from the Global South are prioritised. Pay: USD 1,500-2,000.
