The 2nd African Academic Conference (AAC) and 3rd African Academic Achievers’ Awards (A4) 2026 is an education-focused event bringing together policymakers, academics, educators, students, innovators and other stakeholders to discuss key issues affecting education in Africa. The event will feature expert discussions and keynote sessions, student debate and spelling bee finals, recognition of academic and educational excellence, and scholarship presentations to outstanding students. It will also include student performances, networking opportunities and education outreach initiatives supporting children facing barriers to school access. The event will also launch two AESDI initiatives: **Street to School / Street to Skill**, focused on education access and skills development, and **Repositioning Education Africa (REA)**, a public conversation series on education and development across Africa.
