About
The Save Our Seas Foundation's Ocean Storytelling Photography Grant looks for emerging photographers who can tell compelling stories about marine life, ocean conservation, fisheries and coastal communities. Underwater photography is not required. What you get: two winners each receive USD 2,000, a paid three-week assignment documenting an SOSF-supported project, mentoring from Thomas Peschak and senior photo editors, and publication of their story. Who can apply: early-career photographers with no more than five years' experience. Women, gender-diverse people and applicants from the Global South are especially encouraged. How to apply: submit a 20-image portfolio and a 10-image photo story on the SOSF grants portal by 15 November 2026, 18:00 CET.
