About
D-Prize funds new social entrepreneurs launching ventures that distribute proven poverty interventions: health, clean water, energy access, agricultural distribution and more. What you get: up to USD 20,000 in seed capital to run a pilot. Who can apply: new organisations and first-time founders anywhere (low- and middle-income countries especially encouraged). Organisations with more than 18 months of operations or over USD 30,000 raised are typically not supported. How to apply: choose a D-Prize intervention, download the Round 1 packet, and submit a two-page concept note and resume(s) by 15 November 2026 (an extension to 6 December is available with registration).
