About

AWARD's Women in Agriculture Leadership Program is a two-year, non-residential fellowship for mid-career African women agricultural scientists, with mentoring and training in leadership, negotiation, gender integration in climate adaptation, science communication and proposal writing. Who can apply: women agricultural scientists from Egypt, Morocco, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone or Senegal, with at least a master's degree and 7+ years in agriculture and agrifood systems, working in research institutes, ministries, universities or international organisations.
